Be it a virus or a bacteria,
it sometimes is there asymptomatic,
and at times making its presence felt symptomatically,
When symptomatic, an infection happens quite unbeknown to us.
Sometimes people make an impact on us,
Quite unbeknown to us, they have got under our skin or grown on us.
An infection can be felt more than it can be seen,
it certainly makes its presence felt.
A redness here and a swelling there,
a darting pain or a dull constant soreness,
an aahh, an oooh and a grimace or a gasp escapes from the infected.
The impact of a person touches a chord, creates a resonance or a dissonance,
A smile at the thought of what they have said or done,
a whimper and a gasp at the recollection of a hurtful experience,
whichever it is, their thought makes its presence felt from time to time.
An antibiotic or an ointment to handle the infection,
for it to go away,
and a multivitamin to sustain the energy within.
A counsellor or a friend to talk to
for the impact of the person to be handled, assuming it was a hurtful experience,
or more time with the person causing the resonating impact.
Be it an infection or the impact of a person,
life certainly is never the same again.
Do we infect or positively impact – either others or ourselves?
Do we get under the skin of others or ourselves?
Does our energy grow on others or ourselves?
What are we, to others or ourselves?
Infective or Positively Impactful?
We are infective to some and to ourselves.
and positively impactful to some and to ourselves,
Sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously,
and both are natural to be and human!!
If we choose to be positively impactful,
We need to be the best version of ourselves at every moment,
and what has to happen will happen at the right time and place!!!
and in the best way it has to happen!!
Note: To be the best version of yourself is a learning from the Ninjutsu class.
