Actually, with a child it does increase the concentration, not only that it challenges him/her to excel the previous try, every time he/she repeat the attempt, which I have watched it with my grand children. As regards emotions, I have n’t tried to experiment it, but I thought as far as the children are concerned it was an enjoyable challenge which I watched.
For an adult it is analogous to repeated concentrating on the thought he/she wants to, so that the strategy he/she wants is better blue printed and better executed. his I have experienced.
And may be you are aware, that the knowledgeable teachers of elementary school/kindergarten invariably do give practice to the child.
Drill or practice is what we suggest till a skill is developed. I guess this is a suggestion that is given to adults / children alike, given that we as adults pick up skills as we grow.
A fantastic topic Malathy.I have always seen a wonderful relationship between balls ,kids, adults and dogs too.In my house my kids always play with the ball indoors, mainly glass:).My son ,still dribbles football around the house.I feel it has helped him a lot ….relieves stress in children and adults. The child in us is evoked…..
